Yellow cherry tomatoes smashed 350 gr - Inserbo
The Inserbo company, specialized in the cultivation and processing of tomatoes, has always preferred cultivation techniques as traditional and natural as possible so as to be able to produce tomatoes of exceptional quality that give artisan preserves an unmistakable aroma and flavor of homemade preserves. The yellow cherry tomato in recent years has become a "trend food" because of the singular golden color. In reality, many do not know that the tomato has not always been red, in fact, "the golden apple", when it was imported from America in the 16th century, as an ornamental plant, had a characteristic golden color which, after decades of Mediterranean climate and selections by farmers, it has become the red we know. The characteristic golden color, today, is found only in a few indigenous varieties including the Vesuvio yellow cherry tomato, where it has been cultivated and protected for years, so much so that it has been included by the Ministry of Agriculture in the PAT list (traditional agri-food products). It is right along the slopes of Vesuvius that the yellow tomatoes of the Inserbo company are grown, which, when fully ripe, are hand-picked and processed during the day, to preserve the unmistakable aroma and flavor of this unique tomato unchanged.
The yellow cherry tomato is rich in lycopene and anthocyanins: they are substances with a high antioxidant power capable of neutralizing free radicals. It also contains Vitamin C, A vitamins of group B.

Methods of preserving: Keep the product at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Once opened, remove the contents from the box and keep in the fridge. We recommend using the product maximum of 3 days after opening it.
The yellow tomato, compared to the classic tomato, does not have acidity and for this reason, it is widely used in recipes based on fish and seafood. An excellent pairing is the fillet of sea bream with cream of yellow cherry tomatoes or the velvety of yellow cherry tomato with raw fish.
