Terra Noscia is a small family-run company from Salento that deals with the cultivation and production of typical Apulian preserves. Every product is born from a deep respect for traditions, from raw materials of the highest quality, and from complete artisan processing. All the raw materials used are at Km0 and are processed fresh.

The cuttlefish's ink sauce is a truly fantastic product, worthy of the best restaurants. This sauce has been designed for the most demanding days, when, even if tired, you don't want to miss a gourmet dinner. The Terra Noscia company has managed to enclose in this sauce all the sweetness of the fresh tomato sauce and the goodness of the cuttlefish and its black, creating with the addition of a few simple ingredients a dressing for a very sought after first course. When preparing the sauce, only fresh cuttlefish is used, caught in the clear waters of the Salento sea which is particularly rich in them. Cuttlefish black is an ingredient that is not particularly easy to use but that, if wisely measured, returns a unique flavor that is also highly appreciated by the most important chefs in the world. This ready sauce is a product of the highest level that we are very proud to offer you and that we are sure will make you look great with your guests.

Ingredients: Tomato sauce(89,50%), squid (7,55%), squid ink (2,5%), garlic, onion, parsley, extra virgin olive oil (2,49%), salt and black pepper.

Methods of preserving: Keep the product at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Once opened, remove the contents from the box and keep in the fridge. We recommend using the product maximum of 3 days after opening it.

Suggested use: We recommend heating the sauce with cuttlefish ink in a pan for a few minutes over medium heat, so as to revive all the aromas and flavors if necessary add salt and pepper to suit your taste. When the pasta is al dente, drain it and add it to the sauce with half a ladle of cooking water and stir everything for a minute. Serve with a sprinkling of coarsely chopped parsley.
