All the Italian Club selection preserves are born from the desire to offer our customers products that are, in terms of taste and quality, as close as possible to those who lovingly and patiently prepared our grandmothers for an exclusively family use. Turnip tops in extra virgin olive oil are a brilliant example of the excellent quality that distinguishes all the products we have selected. The turnip, a herbaceous plant typical of winter with an almost spontaneous growth, is collected manually in the fields of a Salentine company (Lecce, Puglia) that has always cultivated its products in a totally natural way. Immediately after harvesting, turnip broccoli is cleaned of withered leaves, washed and then blanched in water and vinegar. Once cooked, they are dried and placed in glass jars with the addition of natural flavors and then covered with an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold-pressed and 100% Italian.
