The eggplant fillets in extra virgin olive oil are a brilliant example of the excellent quality that distinguishes all the products we have selected.
Their preparation begins in the summer; when the ripe aubergines are harvested manually in the fields of the Salento (Lecce) company which has always grown its products in a totally natural way.
Immediately after harvesting, the aubergines are transported to the nearby processing laboratory where, after being peeled and manually sliced one by one, they are boiled in vinegar.
When cooked, they are dried and placed in glass jars with the sole addition of natural aromas such as garlic, mint, chili pepper, and parsley, then covered with an excellent cold-pressed 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Ingredients: Raw eggplant (65%), extra virgin olive oil (34%), mint, garlic, traces of vinegar.
This product is free of GMOs, Dyes, Preservatives, Antioxidants (chemicals).

Method of preserving: Keep the product at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Once opened, remove the contents from the box and keep in the fridge. We recommend using the product maximum of 3 days after opening it.

Eggplants are very rich in minerals, in particular, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium; they are therefore a useful aid during the summer and also contain a good amount of vitamins and antioxidants. They help keep blood cholesterol levels in check.
Aubergine fillets in extra virgin olive oil are ideal as an aperitif or appetizer, but also as a side dish and as a dressing for pasta and rice salads. The extra virgin olive oil contained in the jar can in turn be used as a condiment being of excellent quality.
