Forest mushrooms in oil 220 gr - Mariangela Prunotto
The Prunotto Mariangela Agricultural Company was born into a family from Alba that has been involved in fruit growing since 1863.
This preserve is produced at the end of summer when the land of Langa and the Piedmontese High Mountains “pays homage” to the best forest mushrooms. All carefully cleaned and selected mushrooms are cooked according to the most traditional recipes. The end result is an extremely tasty product characterized by the high amount of mushrooms used.
Ingredients: Forest mushrooms (Pholiota nameko), olive oil, Mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), Lactarius delicius, Tricoloma Portentosam in variable proportions, wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice, natural flavorings.
