The production of this sauce begins with the harvesting of the onions at the right point of ripeness, which is processed after a few hours, to obtain a completely natural sauce respecting the Piedmontese tradition.
Onion sauce is a particularly versatile product. It goes very well with both meats and cheeses. The recommended combination is with aged and savory cheeses, both cow and pecorino. With boiled meats, it is enhanced by bringing out the sweet and sour taste of the onion. A classic is a combination of pork fillet.
Ingredients: Onions (65%), cane sugar, wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil.
